MEET JENNIFER

I am grateful that everyday I get to meet new people and help them regain their body balance, comfort and health.

Is your body working as well as it should? Do you have pain or discomfort?

I help people feel better.

When I was first introduced to osteopathy I had no idea what it was, in fact, I had never heard of it.

I had fallen while ice-skating in Montreal and not long after, I began experiencing pain in my wrist, arm, shoulder and neck.  On the suggestion of my yoga teacher, I reached out to an osteopathic manual practitioner for help, and this introduction changed my life!

I was so impressed by the effectiveness of manual osteopathy, I decided to return to school to study it and become an osteopathic manual practitioner.  I am grateful that everyday I get to meet new people and help them regain their body balance, comfort and health.

If you want to build a better body environment - with better motion, better function and more body freedom - I want to work with you!

JENNIFER HERRING,  M. OMSc., OOA (cert.), B. Des. (Hons.), CYT

After many years of observing the form and function of the human body through art, design and motion, Jennifer decided to pursue a deeper understanding of the body’s anatomy and physiology by completing her Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. This is an extensive 4-year academic and clinical program that is rooted in the treatment principles established by osteopathy’s founder, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still.

Outside of her clinic, Jennifer enjoys standup paddleboarding and rock climbing. She is also interested in photography and art, and has numerous anatomical illustrations published in osteopathic manual therapy texts. Jennifer is a certified yoga teacher, with additional certification in prenatal yoga.
